Obtaining Support
Your question may have already been answered! Make sure you’ve read the user’s manual accompanying your product thoroughly. Phonic’s knowledgebase and getsatisfaction page are filled to the brim with commonly asked questions, and could give you an immediate and accurate answer to your issue. Search the Phonic knowledgebase for your product’s name or type a full question into the getsatisfaction search engine to find already asked and answered questions along the same lines. You may be pleasantly surprised by how fast you can find what you’re looking for.

Service & Repairs
If your gear is experiencing performance issues or other irregularities that are not caused by the way it’s used, your first step to getting this rectified should be the retail outlet at which you purchased the unit. If the store is not setup to provide such support to its customers, then your country’s Phonic distributor will be able to assist you in any such issues.
