Windows "Error Code 10"

Users may get this message when trying to run the Helix Board or Firefly devices on their computer. Windows will show this error when a driver cannot be loaded, meaning that the initial installation of the Helix Board or Firefly driver was unsuccessful. If you go to "Start" > "Control Panel" > "Add or Remove Programs" and uninstall the Phonic drivers, then restart your computer and reinstall the drivers. This should correct the error.
