Run-time error 339

When installing the software for the PAA2, PAA3, Helix Board or Firefly drivers, users from time to time experience run-time errors, with a large, scary message that shout stuff like Component TABCTL32.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid.
