My Summit won't start up. What can I do?

You more than likely need to perform a system restore. First please download the system restore software and place it on an SD card. We recommend using a FAT-32 formatted SD card. It is best to avoid SD-HC, SD-mini or SD-micro cards.

Ensure the system restore software is the only file on the SD card and that is entitled PHONIC.Summit (that's the exact file name; please note the capitalization). Insert this card into the Summit's SD card slot and turn the mixer on. Your system should start the installation process automatically.

Please note that start up will take longer than normal when you do a system restore. Also, please remember to remove the SD card from the SD slot after the restore is complete, as to avoid restoring the system when you next start up the Summit.
