Speaker Warranty

Phonic Corporation warrants the original consumer purchaser that the purchased speaker is free from any defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, Phonic will repair the speaker free of charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction upon return to Phonic Corporation or an authorized Service Center. Damage caused to the speaker resulting from:

  • improper handling in transit;
  • damage caused by applying amplification to the speaker excessive of its prescribed power rating;
  • abuse, negligence, accident or failure to connect the speaker in a properly prescribed;
  • natural disasters or other acts of God (i.e. flood, storm, etc.),

will not be covered in this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service. No returns or repairs will be accepted without a proper RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Any tampering of the product or any repair attempts by unauthorized service centers will void the warranty. This warranty is valid only if the product was purchased from an authorized Phonic dealer/distributor.
