Do I need the Performer Speakers to use the Phonic Wireless Systems?

No, not at all. The WM60 (mono) and WM70 (stereo) transmitters can be used in conjunction with our WM40 and WM400 receivers.  The WM40 are design specifically for our Performer Active speakers, however the WM400 can be connected to any Active speaker, preferably with XLR inputs.

You can buy the transmitter and receiver modules together as the WM-SYS1 (mono system with the WM40-L receiver), WM-SYS2 (stereo system with the WM40-L and WM40-R receivers), WM-SYS3 (mono, with the WM400-L receiver) and WM-SYS4 (stereo, with the WM400-L and WM400-R receivers) wireless speaker kits. Additional receivers (WM400) can also be purchased by themselves, if required.

The great thing about wireless technology is that theres no limit to how many units can receive your signal.
